Established in 1987, DD Oregon is owned by famed Burgundy producer, Maison Joseph Drouhin. Hand-crafted by fourth generation winemaker, Veronique Drouhin-Boss. Ruby with fruit and sweet floral scents, very French in style. On the palate cherry and blueberry with pepper and earthy notes. Young but integrated tannins, well defined, elegant with underlying richness, long finish.

Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Merlot (50%) and Cabernet Franc(10%). Dark ruby color. Bold aromas of dark plums, currants and chocolate. Ripe red fruit on the palate with hints of dark chocolate and baking spices. Nice touch of cedar and smoke on the extremely long finish. Viscous texture, full bodied and plush, but not over the top. Dusty tannins with crisp acidity that leads to beautiful balance. Well crafted elegance in a glass. Great wine! Thanks for bringing this exquisite bottle, Kase! — 4 months ago

Liberty Ciderworks, Spokane WA. 55 Chain English Style Cider. Label claims it to be “dry, tannic and fruit-forward” with Dabinett, Chisel Jersey, and Brown’s cider-specific varietals. Golden brown, excellent clarity, light carbonation, not much head on initial pour. Some oak barreling. Lightly malic with restrained aromatics. Tannic level highly complementary with a light touch on the wood extraction, thankfully. Exceedingly well crafted, great stuff. — a year ago
For more than 75 years, the Martini family winemakers have crafted wines from Sonoma and Napa counties. Michael Martini, 3rd generation carries on the tradition. 100% Cab, aged in French oak (75% new) for over 2 years. Deep Ruby, aromas of red/black fruit, complex spice with smoky notes. Flavors of blackberry and currants with an earthy character adding a array of spices. Fine tannins, opening nicely, long finish, ending with notes of fruit, cacao & tobacco. Still has room to age. — 3 years ago
inky purple; cassis, plum, baking chocolate, vanilla, menthol; plush, round, dark fruit, very long; full bodied, lovely textured tannins, 14.6% ABV; blend of 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon this year which is heavier on the Merlot than in the past; beautiful with a fatty ribeye, crafted for immediate drinking pleasure, up there with my favorite Cali Merlots Pride and Duckhorn — 5 years ago

Well made, generous Bordeaux blend — balanced and harmonious w/tons of fruit but lots of earth driven elements on nose & palate. Smooth, sturdy tannins and impressive length on finish. You can tell there is pedigree to the fruit their sourcing — a month ago
