Very nice once again, fine, elegant, fresh, lightly chiseled, the attack and middle of the palate is great and of the level of a GC, the finish has a slight sourness that prevents me from noting higher.
Encore un beau Moreau, frais, fin, ciselé et élégant surtout pour l’attaque et le millieu de bouche de niveau GC, la finale a un petit bemol avec des notes amers un peu agaçantes mais l’ensemble est très bien. 90-91

Great Canadian wine, great quality. Mid acidity, green apple, lightly citrus and floral.
Drinks easily, great for Summer meal or fish, seafood. SAQ $16.50 — 8 days ago
Delightful nose of cherry, raspberry, strawberry complemented by tobacco, touch of balsamic and hint of truffle. The fruits feel lightly candied on the juicy palate. Medium body, and the tannins command attention.
If the Castiglione bottling is the king, this would be the queen: lively, graceful, yet authoritative. — 4 days ago
First sip is crazy. Totally unique.
Palate is intense. Fresh. Almost painfully fresh and tart in a good way. Think a great vintage of willi Schaefer how it gets that intense Green apple jolly rancher thing. Except this is Chardonnay and tressalier. Yes. I know this note is a bit imprecise but it’s not like I have a lot of experience with tressalier.
Has this stunning controlled density. Blind I might guess aged very good Grand cru Chablis. Shows what I know.
Man. This is very good.
Nose is lightly floral. Sorta closed but the little you get is gorgeous. If the nose comes around this is world class wine.
As this opens you get almost this elegant marsanniness. Almost mountain Marsanne. Rich and lightly floral.
An hour in this is insane. The density, complexity and elegance of grand cru burgundy. Spectacular.
Makes me wonder how many other random areas can make elite wines.

Nose has warmed watermelon, dried orange rind, wet grape vines, oak firewood bark and cold cherries.
Palate has dried strawberry, Clementine orange slice, new-ish oak barrel and under-ripe raspberry. Lightly sweet, certainly showing its Spätburgunder composition, but lacking a notable finish, it's quick.
More time needed, perhaps a hot summer day? Decanted 1H. — 2 days ago
Sparkling red Daniel's birthday. Lightly sparkling at the front of the palate with a finish like a usual red wine. I liked but Daniel preferred the laithwaites one — 7 days ago
