Daou is producing some many good wines in Paso. I wasn’t keen on opening a ‘16 but I needed to try one to determine my aging strategy for the remaining bottles. This is a pop n’ pour! So much balance and harmony for such a young wine. If I can keep my hands off if them, they will stay in the cellar for decades. The high end wines coming from Daou are amazing ( Patrimony, Soul of a Lion, Patrimony Des Lions etc). — a year ago
