Very close to sherry. — 8 months ago
Delicately intertwined notes of baked apple, citrus, nutmeg and a hint of dried mushroom. All that plays into a flavorful mid-palate with a racy, tingling of tiny pinpoint bubbles. — 2 years ago
100% Savagnin from vineyards in l'Étoile, a tiny appellation in the southwestern part of Jura, aged for 6 months in foudre followed by another 7 years in oak, under flor (never topped up). Intense yellow color. Quite complex nose, somewhat reminiscent of an old Fino or Amontillado, but without the intensity and salinity. Aromas of walnuts, spices (curry), a hint of burnt caramel and some subtle funk. Full bodied (it feels heavier than most Amontillados). Long, spicy finish with intense hazelnut flavors — 3 years ago
Entry-level Chardonnay from 25-35 years-old vines rooted in clay and limestone soils. Aged in oak for 6 months. Fresh, mineral. Hints of yellow apple and yeast on the nose. Tart green apple flavors, saline on the palate. Long, tasty finish. Great wine, incredible value — 3 years ago

One of my favorite Jura producers. This is classic Jura White. Oxidized Jura at its best. Bruised apple, briny, sherry like, lots of acidity, med tannins. Not to everyone’s taste but definitely mine. This is classic Jura at it’s best. — a month ago
