I have no red rice in comparison, but has so much damn flavor so balanced and itβs kind a like a sake bomb in one β 5 years ago
Really nice Junmai Daigingo from Takasago.....has the driest taste of the inside skin of egg shells (I do realize how abstract this sounds) with a powerful finish, really taste the alcohol on this one....almost no sweetness but with a lingering floral note......great after 200 rum based fruit concoctions over the past week β 8 years ago
