Light yellow in color with a golden tint.
Strong nose of citrus, vanilla, oak, spices, yellow apples, white pepper, ripped melons, Mandarins, mediterranean spices, almonds and white pepper.
Full bodied, creamy and smooth, with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with lemons, citrus, green apples, pineapples, limes, light earth, light wood, spices and black pepper.
Long finish with tangy limes.
This is a fabulous Chardonnay from Spring Mountain District in Napa Valley. Nicely balanced and tangy. Showing nice complexity now, and is enjoyable by itself.
This four-year-old needs time open up. Good right out of the bottle, but really changed after an hour of airtime. It became a completely different wine. Lost almost all of its oak notes which I liked. So nice to see the evolution.
Would be nice to see how this continues to develop in the next few years. Tasty and delicious.

This 5-year-old Riesling from Napa Valley is drinking so nicely now. Elegant and rich.
I've had the 2017 some time ago, and this vintage drinks much better.
Well balanced with nice complexity and mouthfeel. Neither tart nor bitter, and I love that. Buttery and creamy. Soft and smooth.
Will be interesting to revisit it in 5 years.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after some air time. Better when not too cold. Good by itself as a sipping wine.

From Cork, on 4/14/2023. Granny Smith at front. Banana peel strong. Acid. Shift to herbaceous notes and call minerality after being open and warming up a bit. — a year ago
This cherry ale is such a pleasure to drink! It’s medium-bodied and almost creamy textured with light sweetness and no astringency or bitterness. The color is medium red with a thin light pink head and at first sip, I get strong almond notes with hints of cherry and floral hops. The taste reminds me of a cream filled chocolate covered cherry with a subtle cranberry finish. You can taste the quality of this beer and I feel lucky to have tried it! Definitely try it if you get the chance. — 3 years ago
Very juicy smooth finish light on palette. Strong but delicious. I need more if this! — 4 years ago

Strong savory, floral notes. Great structure - tannin really backs up the fruit and floral notes. Nice wine. At Smith & Wollensky with Nate and Mary. — 3 months ago
