@Delectable Wine This is from Ktima Dio Ipsi
Assyrtiko dominated nose with steely, flinty lemons and salty rocks but there’s also some underripe apricot and a hint of bergamot. Fresh & racy.
Vibrant & racy on the palate but with great energy & good depth. Nice minerality and zippy acidity with salty lemons. Good length.

Smells like sweet roasted red bell peppers with ground meaty notes Pair with beef stuffer red bell peppers and onions or traditional Greek cuisine. Dolmas would be lovely for vegetarian fair. First Greek wine I truly enjoy! — 3 years ago
