Needed to give a little time to open up, but a nice pinot — 2 months ago
Better than I expected - really quite nice. Somewhere between a nice villages burgundy and a very good Beaujolais- has some spice and fresh fruit to go along with some good earth and bitter notes. Pretty seamless. Would not have guessed this is at almost 8 years. — 10 days ago

Juicy cranberry and raspberry fruit, with clove, forest floor, spice and graphite. — 13 days ago
Unfair how good this is. Top three stout with abraxas and Jackie O’s for me. The chili spice and green chile flavors b add lance it do well. — 2 months ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Ruby color with aromas of dark red fruits, black tea and ample floral spice, from Pommard and Dijon top Parrett Mountain. On the palate flavors of black cherry, blackberry and plum with tobacco, cedar, black pepper, tea and vanilla spice. Pronounced soft fine tannins, long finish, well balanced with acidity, ending with fruit, herb, spice and flinty wet stone earthy character. Nice now! — 4 days ago
