Blend of 50% Macabeu, 30% Xarel-lo, and 20% Parellada, pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruit with floral and yeasty notes, nice mousse and bubble flow, aged on lees for 20 months, zero dosage. On the palate flavors of apple and pear with lime citrus zest, honeysuckle and spice. Medium+ finish ending with fresh fruit, mineral and biscuit notes. — 8 months ago
