The 2021 Chardonnay Collezione Privata is a wine of uncommon pedigree and depth. Lemon peel, dried pear, chamomile, white pepper and crushed rocks infuse the 2021 with layers of complexity. This wine is medium gold. The nose opens up to a bouquet of stone and tropical fruit notes such as ripe peach, apricot, papaya, starfruit, melon, and cantaloupe.

Other primary aromas include orange peel, wet stone, white blossom, and salinity. This wine also has secondary notes of sweet cream, brioche, pencil shavings, and vanilla.
