It’s Friday and that always and forever calls for Champagne.

Enjoyable for Christmas Eve toasting - a Really interesting wine Cali chard sparkling wine - smell is Incredible intoxicating and inviting- all the “in-“ words - I liked so much I bought some today and having tonight - refreshing - should just be the trick to keep me awake for the candlelight service ✌️ — 5 years ago
Very good. Paired this with Bison beef meatloaf mixed with onions, topped with Smokey Burbs BBQ sauce and sautéed kale. My power went out during nor'easter right when I put this in the oven... so after getting everyone situated and candles lit I cooked this on in my gas grill on 350 for 25 minutes came out perfect. Nice dinner under candlelight and the wine was a great pairing for a hearty dish (without being to big of a wine I don't drink them often) — 6 years ago
Great pairing with Sunday gravy, candlelight and Dino Crocetti. We’ll put this one into the regular winter rotation. Salud! — 3 years ago
High acidity in the bouquet. Lemon, lime. The smell of roses burned.
I don’t usually enjoy Chianti, but I must admit I haven’t really give it a fair shot either. A few bad impressions have left me gravitating towards the northern Piedmont region.
The acidity and tartness work here. Listening to Cajun folk pop music, reading a book by candlelight, and staying in from the eminent winter storm outside, this wine promises to keep me warm, surprised, and as leafy jovial as a Spring day in Central Park.
This is a juicy treat of a wine — one that makes me astonished how the Earth can sprout something so jammy and full of life from its soil and soul.

Fresher young-drinking style with bright red cherry with notes of mint, bay leaf, and pie spices with a medium-length finish. Picked this up out of curiosity at the local supermarket on a trip to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Better than I expected, a well balanced wine that would go well with most dishes. — 2 years ago
