First time with a Jean Francois Ganevat
Quite mind-boggling
There is an intensity with few precedents
Purity and density
From pear and vanilla topping to honey, marzipan, persimmoms, lemon curd...
Ginger and cinnamon
A bunch of mixed herbs
So mineral, so rocky
In balance with loads of tension like a bow ready to release a searing arrow
Long and unforgettable
Never had anything like it before and i si sincerely hope to meet it again
Chapeau...happy to be able to get taken aback still...knowing that there is so much more in the world...another happy acknowledgement 😊
Not to underestimate Tony and Bill, the couple in the background 🙏 — 2 years ago
As others have mentioned, very close to a good Beaujolais. A bit more irony and meaty than fruit forward but tart cranberry certainly there. Herbs too. — 4 months ago
Major Clos Roche Blanche vibes. — a year ago
Really smacks you over the head with the jalapeño, green bell pepper. I found that to be a little blatant. — 3 years ago
An arrow to the knee, I for one am a fan of her new body — 4 years ago
From Red & White Wines Chicago. Mostly Chenin with a splash or two of Chardonnay and Melon. Delicious! — a year ago
Excellent. Many elements of traditional Cru Beaujolais. Only minus is a bit of syrupy sweetness in the mix. — 4 years ago
