Vino non filtrato, e non solfitato. Non c’è certificazione bio-dinamica perché forse ancora non esisteva. Colore quasi ramato. Odore e gusto di mela gialla cotta, petrolio. In bocca leggermente frizzantino, ma solo leggermente. Ottimo vino! Grand Cru! — 4 years ago
