Nose of peach, strawberry, lavender, thyme, and even a subtle meaty note. Complex and inviting.

Very much in the provençal style. Good weight with medium acidity and a nice, creamy lactic quality. Those fruit and floral notes from the nose are up front as well. Finish is long and has hints of green herbs and meat.

Excellent rosé. Would be happy to drink this any time of the year with or without food. — 3 months ago
