Crisp and dry. Toasty with a brilliant freshness, savoury mouthfeel and a slightly creamy mousse.
Yellow apples, unripe white peach, acacia and minerality on the finish.

Romirasco Barolo Nebbiolo 2001

Power and balance; A rare combination especially at age. This 2004 drinks wonderfully now. Still fruit (plum) and flower notes ( classic rose petals) there. But also cedar, bouillon and asphalt. Love it!! — 3 months ago
