Blend of Pignoletto, Trebbiano, SB, and Verdicchio from Monteveglio near Bologna. A dry but fruity orange wine that’s quite delicate and 11% abv. Very old vines, (69-90 yrs) grown wild. Buriana is derived from “Burian”, a Siberian stormy, cold wind. Funky! Really fun Orange wine. Green grapes and grapefruit, orange Gatorade, tart, almond overtones. Excellent, very enjoyable to drink. — 4 days ago
Strong cherry scent first and rose biuquet later. a little acidity but fresh. mid-light body with low tannin. Good to have with fish dishes. — 6 days ago
This wine was well described to me by Vino By The Sea in Rockaway Beach. Fruity, cherry nose. A bit of zippy acidity. Solidly medium bodied with enough character to keep it engaging. Throughly easy to enjoy. Well balanced. Cherry carries throughout. — 3 days ago
