Light fizzy and refreshing. Sweet without being cloying. Notes of nectarine and butter — 22 days ago
Fresh peach, pear nectar, lavender, new French oak, lemon juice, melon, petrol, chalky minerals, quince, lime rind, with a hint of white pepper. Medium alcohol and high acid. A bold, complex, and zippy white that has aged beautifully. — 23 days ago
Light, shimmering yellow. Aromas of pear and peach nectar and chamomile take on a smoky mineral quality with air. Silky and seamless in style, offering sappy orchard and pit fruit flavors that are sharpened by a refreshingly bitter lemon zest nuance. Finishes smooth, spicy and long, leaving pear and mineral notes behind. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, September 2020)

Apricot and yeast. Nice, but take it to another level and mix with peach nectar for your breakfast mimosa. — a month ago
Nose is minerals and apricots. Almost like a silky beauty to the nose. Very hard to describe. Almost nectar like. Like a wind blowing across a mountain lake that has apricot trees on its shore. You get those apricot flowers. Like perfect peak apricot flowers.
Palate is delicious and so juicy. Apricots. Minerals. Peach. Silky texture.
Some sweet minerals on the finish. Dried peach and dried apricot extract. Really beautiful elegant coherent blend of the minerals and elegant fruit. Finish is terrific.
This is really a wine of elegance. Nothing really jumps at you. It’s not huge in any way. Like great chassagne Montrachet made in the mosel from Riesling.
A hard wine to score. On pure elegance and balance it’s a 9.6. On its individual elements a 9.2. I guess I’ll split the difference.
