Medium bodied and fruit forward — 5 years ago
Brilliant light lemon color… tiniest of bubbles. 95% Meunier 5% Pinot Noir. Lemon curd, tart green apple aroma. Slightly more weighted on the palate than expected with a long complex finish that goes on for 40 seconds. Weightless, lifted, balanced, elegant. Brilliant with Spago’s Maui menu..psst, don’t pass on the tuna poke cones for apps. Great wine, fair price… nice to get back to Hawaii post-Covid. — 2 years ago
Medium bodied, softer tannins. Better after 30 minutes. Notes of pepper, leather. — 5 years ago
Not too sweet and tastes just like pineapples! Pairs great with poke or Thai food. I was really shocked by how much I liked this wine and I’m not normally a sweet white wine drinker. — 6 years ago
An excellent wine for the price - $18 here in Hawaii on Maui. Lots of fruit. A combination of chocolate and dried berries. A wonderful dryness also with a modest finish. I think it overpowered the roasted chicken I paired it with. Better with steaks or red sauce pasta. I would buy again — 3 years ago

Very light & smooth Syrah - the way I like them. — 6 years ago
Another nice treat tonight in Maui. Old California Pinots are not easy to find in the lower 48 yet alone in Hawaii. We visited the Clos Pepe vineyard in The Santa Rita Hills in 2014 and fell in love with the grapes they grow. Lots of red fruit and a slight hint of Cola on the nose. Bright cherries, Dr. Pepper and some cinnamon on the palate. Very balanced with a great acidic backbone and some refined tannins. Another hidden gem we managed to find tonight in Maui! — 7 years ago

We made a point to visit the winery on our recent trip to Maui and were not disappointed. This Chardonnay and Pinot Noir brut sparkling rose blend was one of the highlights of our tasting. Peach, orange, and lemon. — 9 months ago
