Deep Ruby with aromas of berry fruit and herb pepper spice with floral and earthy notes, sat on French oak for 18 mos (10% new). On the palate cherry and blueberry flavors, citrus, tea, herb spice, oak and earthy notes. Fine tannins, vivid acidity, good balance, well structured on long finish ending with earthy mineral tones. A powerhouse that will cellar well. Nice! — 4 days ago
Rich cherry and black currant nose. Color is purple with a watery thin edge. In the mouth it is not as sweet as the nose is. There is a rather fresh acidity bringing balance. It will be accompanied by the veal cheeks and mash. Looking forward to that.
As the bottle was opened anyhow to use a glass in the stew we already started tasting 😉. — 17 hours ago
Deep dark red, purple edges, with aromas of fresh berry fruits, cigar box spice and earthy mineral notes. On the palate rich ripe fruit, blackberry & black cherry with hints of dried spices. Good balance with slightly firm tannins and lively acidity. Long finish, complex ending with oak, herb, mineral and earthy character. Will improve with short term aging, but don’t wait too long as you might be disappointed! Very nice Shiraz! — 5 days ago
This is a terrific, plain spoken Grenache that will complement a wide variety of meals. Nose shows hibiscus, sweet, plummy kirsch, and hint of flinty, stony minerality. Fruity, round, and balanced in the mouth. Very pure tasting fruit, decent acidity, and finish that, while not super complex, turns a little savory. — 16 days ago
Seductive nose of blueberry, cassis, cedar, dark roasted coffee bean,, nutmeg, peppery spice, touch of barnyard, and hint of tobacco. Probably the most harmonious palate I’ve had in an Aussie Shiraz. The oak and alcohol are totally integrated, with ample acidity and soft elegant tannins. Powerful and graceful.

Body reminded me of Pinot Noir. We drank lightly chilled with dinner. Glass#2 better than one. Finish softens and lingers after it opens. This wine feels harsh and has a bite straight from the bottle. Pour a glass and wait... Juicy red berries. Floral on the nose. Earthy/musty finish. Texture is average, no wood. Good change of pace wine. — 13 days ago
