Taylor Fladgate

Vintage Port Blend 1992

Late night pull of this 375 bottle. In a good window for consumption. “Big” is the only note I wrote late in the night. I’m guessing that is accurate. — 5 days ago

1994 is always considered as the ultimate vintage but the 1992's are up there at the same quality level according to the ceo of Taylor Fladgate in an online interview some time ago

Vintage Brut Champagne Blend 2000

2000 is drinking insanely a la moment....... gentle reminder of why Krug is king. Perfect tug o war between opulence and linear focus. Sublime — 5 days ago

Vintage Tunina Venezia Giulia White Blend 2018

This is a high energy wine. Tension between sweet and sour citrus fruit, oily weight and laser like acid. Delicious. — 2 days ago

Vintage Madeira Sercial

Was hoping for a bit more but drinking only Madeira is always a treat regardless. — a year ago

Scott, you had this producer. In fact, had this exact wine.

Vintage Brut Willamette Valley Chardonnay Blend 2015

The smell of the bin as if you’d just run a line of red delicious and golden apples through the juicer. Sour, raw, seed laden apple core. As always, wonderfully good vintage sparkling for about $20. It’s Pinot driven, rich and fruity and you register the 6g of residual digest. — 4 days ago

Louis Roederer

Brut Vintage Champagne Blend 2009

Blend of 70% Pinot Noir & 30% Chardonnay. Founded in 1776, Reims France, rare family owned company, still managed by Roederer family. In 1833, Louis Roederer inherited company his uncle & renamed company under his namesake. Medium lemon with fresh fruit aromas, nice mousse, rapid bubbles and yeasty notes. On the palate flavors of citrus, raspberry & toasty apple, crisp & refreshing, long finish ending with lemon, smoke & toasty yeasty mineral notes. Nice! — 16 days ago

Grand cru vintage Champagne Blend

Grand cru - vintage - yum.

Smells of fresh corn biscuits with a lot of yeast.
Granny Smith - classic, tangerine acidity. Tight and lengthy bubbles.
Citrusy finish and lengthy.. happily lost in thought..

Vintage Porto Port Blend 1997

Half bottle. Ready to drink. Very ethereal and light on its feet, complex, round, delicious. It certainly gets better on a full bottle. But this is great vintage port. Top stuff. — 17 days ago
