2011. It still has time. A little green on the nose but sensational on the palate — 6 months ago

Castello di Monsanto

Riserva Chianti Classico Sangiovese Blend 2015

Very balanced, tastes expensive compared to what we usually drink. Cherries on the nose, strawberry, prunes, cinnamon, spices, pepper. Part of wine folly set. Liked better than the GSM. Good zippy acidity. Would buy again. — 6 months ago

My favorite wine. Good with rich, heavy meals

Lake's Folly

Cabernet Sauvignon 2012

This is a really good Cabernet blend. Loads of blackcurrant flavours with eucalyptus and oak. Takes a little time to soften in the decanter, better with some air. Day two it softened even further and really showed nice balance and a little sweetness. Based on other reviews of earlier vintages, I would think this has many more years of life and potential for improvement. — 7 months ago

Finca Sobreño

Crianza Toro Tempranillo

Tempranillo from north central Toro region in the Duero river valley. Area endures sweltering summers to produce rich and tannic wines with black fruit and scorched earthiness. "Crianza" classification ensures it is aged 24 months with at least 6 in the barrel. DOP tier is highest quality, with VP, DOQ, and DO like this particular wine. Spain's top variety. - Wine Folly. Bright nose of cherry, nice high acidity without being tart, brief tannin, medium to light body and stone like dusty bittersweet chocolate long finish. Shines through with the spaghetti sauce but doesn't get in the way. Decanted 50 minutes. — 6 months ago
