Finally got our couch! And our coffee table lesgoooo!
Sage leaf, orange zest, honey in the bouquet. And a little funk.
Wow. Zing! Karpow! Boom! I call this a comic book wine because it literally jumps off the page and into your taste buds.
Not bad at all. Thanks NYT. — 13 days ago
Grapefruit, lemon candy, peach, apple and hints of honeydew melon. Electric acidity and good minerality. — 2 days ago
1 hour decant(chunky and cloudy sediment). A regal inky dark ruby red color. On the nose: Subtle notes of jammy blackberry, floral, graphite, and cedar. Taste: Elegant, smooth, lush full body wine with jammy blackberry, dark cherry, spice, currants, leather and a chocolate espresso long dry finish. Little tannic bite at the end demanding a few more years to fully come together. Still, really enjoying this Saturday night! Cheers! — 4 days ago
Balanced with cutrus and pear-like fruit and minerality with a long finish. Fine pinpoint bubbles uplift the palate. — 3 days ago
Light plum nose. Medium body with red stone fruit and slight raspberry in the finish. Smooth with a nice balance. — 8 days ago
This is a nice red wine from Colorado. Showing red fruits with light wood, Mediterranean spices, peppercorn, cumin, herbs and earth.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.
Needs an hour to open up properly, so be patient. Showing a great nose, once it opens up.
Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years.
Tangy and spicy. A good quality wine and very interesting.
A good food wine that I paired with Brie cheese.
15% alcohol by volume.

Amazingly beautiful and soft. After decanting, it took a few minutes to really open. Eucalyptus, black pepper, menthol, and faint blackberry brambles. Brick red coloration. Worth the wait! — 12 days ago
