Blend of Semillon (60%) and Sauvignon Blanc (40%). Bright and clear lemony color. Lemon (both fresh and dried) dominates both the nose and pallet. Hints of peach, white flowers and wet gravel. Rich, creamy and smooth (almost oily) texture. Bright acidity. Fresh, crisp and refreshing. Thank you, Kase. — a year ago
2016 vintage. A wine from the confidential Graves de Vayres appellation in Bordeaux, made by Yves Glotin (Château Goudichaud) who is also president of the Syndicat des Graves de Vayres. A blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon (50/50). Fresh red fruit (cherries, strawberries) and spicy oak in the nose. Medium-bodied, juicy, round and fresh, well-structured without hard edges. Good length with retronasal red fruit and some spiciness. Well worth seeking out and good value at 14 euro. Abv. 13,5%. — 4 years ago
Very satisfying wine with a little maturity that overdelivers at its price point. Whilst Bordeaux it is reminiscent of southern French wines. Delightful. — 3 years ago
Super crisp, clean, light wine. Not sweet but not sour like some wines can get, very balanced — 8 months ago
