Deep ruby coloration. On the nose, dark berries. Leather. Some plum. On the palate, full bodied. Dark berry, plum, spice, anise, vanilla, some chocolate. Longer finish. Lush mouthfeel. Very surprising wine at a lower dollar purchase. Great value table wine. Pretty balanced on the palate with still a hint of tannins present. — a year ago

Oh is this a juicy, delicious drink. Blueberry, blackberry, and tart cranberry. Some smokiness adds a different dimension. Fairly light, alc at 13.7. Lot to like. Nice for the warming weather. Grilling some burgers with it. — 14 days ago
