Bone-Jolly El Dorado County Gamay Noir

Light ruby color. Served this slightly chilled. Currants and figs on the nose. I’d say medium acidity. Tart raspberry, tart cherry on the palate. More currants on the palate as it warms up.. I’m not sure if this is supposed to be a rosé or not. But it’s yummy for early evening drinking on the deck. Thumbs up. — 2 months ago

Very tasty and fun, tastes very green, crisp, dry but not bone dry. Astringent maybe? I love it I think this could both goes well with food and is tasty on its own — 8 months ago
