Popped and poured; enjoyed over a 24-hour period with very little evolution. No formal notes. Enjoyed alongside the 2015. Tonight, the 2019 showed brighter and almost exercised some restraint. Definitely still showing signs of its youth and a more proportional mix of red and black bramble fruit when compared to the 2015 which was more black in profile. Balanced and endowed with great structure; acid showing particularly well. Better after 2025 but I wouldn’t at all be surprised to see myself enjoying this late into the 2030’s. — 5 days ago

v17. Consistently vey good! Soft, fresh cut cedar nose. Juicy, rich, black currant fruit. Bright, long, mocha and leather finish. Enjoyable! — a month ago
Lovely, beautiful wine. Plums, cedar, black tea, herbs like tarragon, cherries, blackberry. The nose is wonderful to smell. Palate is so well balanced. More baking spice on the palate with a continued fresh herb and fruit. As it finish there’s a touch of fruit punch that comes through that I just love. It’s not sweet but like the essence of fruit punch. I need to buy more wines from this place. I always love them. — 20 days ago
From brine to seasoned to cooked bird.
Gotta have two glasses with Thanksgiving Turkey, one for dark & white meat.
Nicely, ripe blackberries, black plum, black raspberries, dark cherries, medium intensity, dark spice, cinnamon stick, clove, nutmeg, vanilla, dark & red fresh and withering florals, near perfect acidity and a lush, balanced, long finish. At it peaks. — 16 days ago
Elegante, aunque ya despidiéndose, mantiene una nariz intensa. Fruta madura, madera, toque de balsamico . Me hubiese gustado probarlo 10 años atras — 6 days ago
Pale-medium ruby color.
Aromas of strawberry, red cherry.
Dry. Flavors of red cherry, strawberry, raspberry, cranberry, vanilla, cinnamon. Medium-soft, supple tannins. Very fresh with light oak.
