Similar to a Cote-du-Rhône: tangy black fruit, some aging notes tending towards sweet spices: pepper, cinnamon, cloves .. nice balance, nice supple texture and digestible on the palate. Strawberry finish. Very pleasant
Proche d’un Cote-du-Rhône: fruit noirs acidulés, quelques notes d’élevages tendants vers les épices douces: poivre, cannelle, girofle.. bel équilibre, belle texture souple et digeste en bouche. Finale sur la fraise. Très agréable — 9 days ago
65% Garnacha, 25% Cariñena and 10% Syrah from low-yielding 60-80 years old vines planted on Priorat’s signature llicorella soils. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Serious and austere. Complex nose. Some licorice. Mineral — 5 days ago
55% Cariñena (Carignan) and 45% Garnacha (Grenache) from seriously old vines (80-110 years old) with ridiculously low yields (0.3kg per vine). Serious introspective, complex, vertical mouth, hinojo, very austere — 5 days ago
Nose has blackberry, moist garden soil, wet leather, dry 🐄 pasture, mashed black cherry, green pepper slices, oak bark and dry crushed rock.
Palate has blueberry-blackberry juice, dried black mulberry, moist-dried cranberry, moist earthy soil and dry leather. Medium tannins, light acidity with a long finish. Our first aged, red Provence wine, likely not to be our last. Future bottles may be 2024-28+ in proper storage.
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache & Syrah; percentage distribution unknown. — 6 days ago
Blend of 80% Garnatxa, 10% Cariñena (Carignan) and 10% Syrah from the estate’s youngest vines (20-25 years old). Very expressive nose with beautiful aromas of strawberry and jammy red fruit. Fresh, delicious, easy to drink — 5 days ago
I love Languedoc wines. Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. Deep red color. Rich and supple. Quite smooth for a 15.5% wine. Black fruits, cassis and crime brûlée. Really enjoying this wine! — 7 days ago
#blend of 28% #Syrah, 26% #Grenache, 24% #Carignan, 15% #Cinsault and 7% #Mourvèdre, all aged a year in older demi-muids and 500-liter casks. 13.5% alcohol, medium-bodied, even hollow on mid-palate. It's red-fruited and has overtones of savory spice (think salami, cracked pepper and star anise) and a bright, juicy medium finish #languedocrousillon #languedoc #suddefrance #france #larsac #terrassesdularsac — 4 days ago
Lean, minimalist. 100% Cariñena (Carignan) from vines planted in 1902, some of the first vineyards planted after phylloxera. Austere nose, with some hints of dark chocolate. Superb structure and incredible minerality (it tastes like rock, in fact roots go as deep as 50-60 ft into the llicorella soils). Vertical, very light mouthfeel. Very long, subtle spicy finish.

Young- needs some rest. Exuberant, red fruits, tannin not yet integrated, great potential — 14 days ago
Full on funky fruit nose.
Flinty herbaceous fruity bramble - a unique wine in that showcase Thai basil, some ginger, dried citrus acidity that plays well with the somewhat new oak like tannin. Chompy!
Air time applies here.
Also drinking way too young.
