Needs an hour decant. All over the place before that. Almost a study In wine evolution.
Nose is a bit slutty. Then it becomes almost demure. Ah fuck corked.
God hates us all.

Nice on day one. Second day tannins come out. Not my favorite poulsard — 13 days ago
Do NOT Pop and pour. Needs an hour decant. Honestly needs 2 years.
Nose: dense cherry fruit with some cherry licorice. Still integrating the oak. Not over the top but present. The true aromatics flit in and out.
Palate dense structured cherry fruit.
I’m guessing that this will be VERY good in 2 years. Maybe 9.4ish.
Bought from fass selections.

Just concluded the annual Fall seclusion at our cabin in the Rangeley lakes region of Maine, mobile service up there is mostly non-existent, after several days I am posting again. Notes are somewhat brief, as my focus is relaxing and watching the Common Loons swimming and diving in the cove in front of our camp.
Nose has frozen strawberries (thawing), juiced raspberries and orange zest.
Palate has tangerine peel, mashed strawberries, and waxy yellow apple peel. In a fine spot, don't hold these any longer. — a month ago
