From Chambers birthday 2020 on 10/8/2023. Lovely, dark luxardo cherry, raisin, licorice knows. Muscular straight up structure. Nice continuity between nose and palate. — 7 months ago
The 2021 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is a blend of 30% Clairette, 25% Bourboulenc, 22% Roussanne, 20% Grenache Blanc and other permitted varieties. It mixes aromas of spring blossom, grapefruit, white peach, ginger, pineapple and a pinch of honey. This 2021 Blanc sports a medium to full body, nicely framed by round acidity and ends with a bright finish. (Nicolas Greinacher, Vinous, June 2023) — 10 months ago
Plenty of structure. More tannic than a typical cndp — 8 months ago
Very dry with a strong finish. We had it with a medium rare leg of lamb and it paired perfectly. Ours was a 2019 vintage. Took a few minutes to open. Will enjoy again in the near future. — 2 years ago
Dense and deep colour. Nice freshness in the nose with garrigue and wild blackberries notes. Fruity and spicy mouth with wild raspberry notes, rosemary and thyme. Its structure, its balance and its minerality presume a bright future. — 7 months ago
