Cooper Hawk is always surprisingly versatile. This one can stand up to a hearty meal. Strong tannins and full mouth feel, with a rustic fruit finish; but is quite palatable for most occasions. I have tasted most of their selections and they honestly never disappoint. Good wine, good price point, substantial without being too pretentious. Love it. — 8 years ago
