The Queen of Ambonnay. A true unicorn, so so rare and it’s in such a killer spot, not at all at the end of its life (I’m sure there can be some bottle variation), but it’s just fantastic tonight, rich, immensely powerful and perfumed with a captivating core of red berry fruit, red roses and a chalky mineral edge providing the most seamless balance to its layers and championing the Ambonnay terroir. A very special bottle that showed perfectly 🙌🏻 — 9 months ago
Very light on the nose, but wonderful lemon followed by orange taste. Nice and dry with no sourness. — 2 years ago

So very pretty in the glass, a typical vibrant Saignée color that we all love. Pure fruit loveliness on the nose with wild strawberries and cherries. Cranberries and roses with fresh herbs. A touch of pepper, a dash of spice, and a dollop of vanilla.
A pure Meunier from Vrigny, aged for three years. Racy and lively, it’s a nicely structured pour. At this age it does lack a little emotion. That special feeling the right wine, or person, can produce. Not quite enough personality…yet. But as we know, time can change that.

100% Grand Cru from Bouzy. 64% Chardonnay & 36% Pinot Noir. No dosage.
Definitely the most complex in the tasting so far. Fruits are nicely subtle. Strawberries, cherries, some blackberries, white citrus mix, pink grapefruit & white citrus with a touch of peach. Very soft, chalky powder, same for the limestone & volcanics, touch of white spice, undertones of saline & sea fossils, yeasty, brioche, pink roses and spring flowers, a very nicely woven structure w/ a softly & smartly polished finish.

Fun and vibrant bubbles, beautiful pink-orange color. Had a round tart flavor, almost cherry like. Not what I expected as the nose had a very floral brioche scent — 10 months ago
