Peu d’expériences avec Chablis surtout en comparant les millésimes, mais ce 2015 a une belle fraicheur, nez quand meme discret, en bouche on retrouve le zeste de citron, chair de fruits blanc, le caillou??, bonne pointe d’acidité en finale et devient un peu plus gras en se réchauffant. Tres bien en accompagnant le saumon ou le saumon accompagne bien ce Vaillons... c’est selon — 4 months ago

Jam to stewed fruit. A Utah-like powder emerges. A shout becomes a suggestion.
