Delectable is a shit app and won't let me out in my photo. Extraordinary intensity. Bottled in 2006. Opened in July drunk in December at blandy a lodge less sweet than most buals. Thrilling acidity. Smoothness. 21 abv. Salinity about 50 euros a glass 700 a bottle. The joy of drinking something by the glass. Sharp and coating. Almost has the complexity of great vinegar. Never seen this Barrell 27 before. Also, it was priced at $28.99 but We got it for $15.99 so it was a steal. Not sure of the blend but it was pretty good. I think the other Barrel 27s are a bit better though. — 9 years ago
