Good bottle of Georgian Méthode Champenoise. Hand riddled, too, which is always fun to think about. Some melon and floral aromas coupled with apple and citrus inside. Nothing distinct but has a nice crisp acidic finish. — 8 years ago

Rasberry-colored, verging on lip-stick red. Nice foamy head. Bubbly and light on the tip of my tongue. Sweet, with fruity, cherry flavors. A few lingering tannins on the back. Long aftertaste of licorice and rasberries. We have a big soft spot for Georgian wine, and this is a fun, celebratory bottle. Makes me feel sorry for the champagne snobs. Ha ha, more for us.
