This is not a simple Pinot Grigio.

The grand finale! Dad brought this. I tasted apricot and agave. Tasting notes were marmalade and barley sugar. I can’t say I could pin “barley sugar” but I am stashing that descriptor for future tastings 🤪 — 8 months ago
The 2022 Falanghina Caulino is understated, with honeyed florals, ground ginger and wet stones. It’s soft and round, almost oily in feel, with crisp acidity as ripe orchard fruits soothe the senses.
