Savoury, earthy, rich and complex.
Dried herbs and rich textures .
One part pressed immediately, another part kept15 hours on skin contact and the rest in contact with stems and skins for 1 year.
This is not a simple Pinot Grigio.
It needs food.

The 2022 Falanghina Caulino is understated, with honeyed florals, ground ginger and wet stones. It’s soft and round, almost oily in feel, with crisp acidity as ripe orchard fruits soothe the senses.
