Pure, ripe golden apple, generous, sweet and ripe Chablis character. Lily flower nose, a touch honeyed, minerals that almost give the impression of spice, persistent, tart confectionary finish. Really impressive. Even better on day 2. Wait or drink now. — 19 days ago
Light salmon in color.
Strong nose of strawberries, citrus, lemons, apples, yeast, spices, white pepper, light herbs and earth.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing with small bubbles.
Dry on the palate with citrus, lemons, green apples, grapefruits, bitter herbs, spices, vegetables and earth.
Nice tangy finish with tangy limes.
This French sparkling Rosé is nicely balanced. Crisp and refreshing, good for the pool, easy drinking and tangy.
Good by itself or with food. I paired it with a nice day by the pool. Nice and engaging.
12.5% alcohol by volume.

My first shot with his producer and I really enjoyed it. Nice combination of dark fruit and a bit of the Aussie plushness. Went very well with my Carnitas sandwich. At $100 a bottle it’s a stretch but nice wine regardless. Will hold my other 2 for a while — 6 days ago
A white from Pierre Cotton is the new experimental album from the young gamay slinger. This, I assume, is mostly Chardonnay from the small plot he acquired not long ago.
So big, you can sniff a little heat from the alcohol. Round and creamy like almond butter hand lotion. The oak is neutral, the acid dialed down, folded right there into a little basket of fresh picked yellow apples, mint green melon, chamomile, and blooming jasmine.
Big ole white for a cold fall night. — a day ago
Great sparkling wine to celebrate a Biden and Harris victory — 23 days ago
Beautiful amber color. Straight out of Jurassic Park.
Candied ginger, citrus, roasted almonds, and mango chutney.
Oh man. This is a flavor bomb. Bursting of apricot and tropicana. Guava. That is the primary note. Feels like I’m eating a Romeo & Juliet at a Cuban hole in the wall in Miami.
That’s all I can taste now. Wonderful, goodbye. — 15 days ago
Oh yeah. This wine is a Daddy wine. Insanely aromatic. Cake icing, green apple, huge minerals, alluring spice, iodine, hazelnut, so refined and complex. Wow, what a palate. The purest and most balanced Equinces ever. Just a stunning wine. Tastes like elite 1er Cru. Just insane. Awesome acids and freshness and also has fantastic roundness which is a sign of an elite white wine. See Keller and Brisset. As nose opens up it becomes perfumed and spicey like a spice bazaar. Palate is so deep. My goodness it is crazy. It is so clean, so fresh and so ethereal. It floats on the palate and pumps juicy, refined apple fruit on the mid and the finish. Wow. So deep. Totally genius and so so refined. Sickness. What structure and grip. Just genius. Best Equinces ever. — 7 days ago
I found two bottles of this vintage tucked away in the cellar. I opened one shortly after that and was very pleased with my discovery. Richer than most wines from this producer but not flabby by any means. Notes of citrus, a touch of honey and a very pleasant depth and richness. So glad I have one more bottle to enjoy! — 3 days ago
