Delicious. Acidity just tingling enough to stop the whole thing becoming too cloying & rich. 808 cowbell cuts through. Showing pretty heavy oxidative notes, but it's all working here. I've opened many bottles of this that have tasted like cheap calvados sludge, it's a miracle this wasn't. — 8 years ago
