Fruity. Low tannin. Easy to drink. Great without food. — 2 months ago
The NV Brut 7 Crus is a very pretty, entry-level wine in this range. Bright, mineral and intensely vibrant, the 7 Crus is all energy. All the elements are so well proportioned. A blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, this captures all the house signatures with tons of energy and better overall balance than in some previous editions. White flowers, chalk and citrus linger. Dosage is 6 grams per liter. Disgorged: June, 2023. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, November 2023)

Aged in French oak (85% new) for 12 months, medium Ruby with aromas of red berry fruit, floral and herb spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and tart raspberry with smoky and pleasant earthy herb notes, wrapped in vivid acidity and nice mouthfeel. Fine chalky tannins, good balance, long finish ending with fruit, smoke and oak character. Nice. — 14 days ago
A little bit funky. Spicy. Barnyard. Mineral. — a month ago
Fresh, sappy, tart essence of raspberry.
A slightly funky nose full of energy and purity.
Bright & light on the palate, with juicy acidity and a fun light tannic grip. This has great character, brilliant energy & depth and is so much non Aussie jam. Great drinkability.
Love it! — 4 months ago
Short decant and definitely drinking young. Needs age as it was up to par with other bottles/vintages. Tannins definitely present and fruit was restrained. Still great though! — 18 days ago
Light with a smooth finish — a month ago
Just enough fruit and full body, not overwhelming like many zins. — 2 months ago

Actually Sector Red 8, not Adelaide Hills. DELICIOUS. Light but full flavor. Let aerate, swirl around. Serve chilled. Good on day 2. — 9 days ago
