Blend of 94% Merlot, 5% Petite Sirah, 1% Malbec, aged for 19 months in French oak (35% new), deep Ruby with aromas of ripe black fruits, spice and sweet notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry, black cherry and currants with baking spice, vanilla, oak and cacao notes. Fine tannins, long savory finish ending with fruit, floral, cacao and vanilla oak. Tasting well now, good for another 5+ years in cellar. — a month ago
I’m liking all the 19 Crimes wines. Purchased at Treasury Employee Store for $6. Pleasant enough wine for the price. — 5 months ago
Good by itself. Good with salami and cheese. Nice aroma and mouthfeel. Easy to drink. — a month ago
Open the Bottle night(last Sat of Feb.) and thought I would sacrifice this bottle tonight.
+1 hour decant(chunky/fine sediment). A fabulous dark purplish garnet color with little bricking. On the nose: Intoxicating savory perfumed notes of dark red fruit, forest floor, cigar ash, stewed meat, smoke, soil. Taste: dark cherry/plum, espresso, leather, dark chocolate and a smokey/spiced/earthy long dry finish. YUM! Some slightly kickin still there tannins, but in a good spot for me with time to go at 19 years. — 2 months ago
19 crimes 2021 treffer min gane igjen! Nydelig mørk lilla farge, fylde og den deilige runde, dype, søte sirup-aktige smaken jeg liker så godt. Er det kirsebær eller liknende? — 6 months ago

A spontaneous purchase on St. Patrick’s Day. Paired great with a beef stew bread bowl. Just a touch of sweet with a mild nip. Has us interested in trying more 19 Crimes. — a month ago
